Raja Prabhu VK is a result-driven IT professional with over 14 years of strong experience in data warehousing, MDM, BI, .NET, and cloud platform for designing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions across all domains. He specializes in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and AGILE methodologies of analysis, design, development and implementation, integration and testing, deployment, and maintenance. Raja is an expert in executing Business Intelligence projects that involve presales/proto, design, data model, development, and testing of data warehouse/marts to achieve business requirements. He has extensive experience in data warehousing concepts, DW architecture, DW/BI tools, MS Azure - Azure SQL, AAS, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lakes, Azure Data Bricks, MS SQL, MSBI - SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, QlikView, Informatica, Oracle, Excel VBA, VB, .NET, and Excel Pivot. Currently, Raja is working as a Business Intelligence Solutions Architect at Cognizant, where he is effectively working as a data scientist to analyze the OLTP systems and prepare a requirement document to generate reports, translating business requirements to technical requirements documents. He is also working as a Solution Architect in creating ETL packages and reports, working along with business team/stakeholders to implement the BI solution – data integration and reports. Prior to his current role, Raja worked as an Analyst Programmer at Ramco Systems and as an SQL Developer at Biztech Softsys Pte Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Kamaraj College of Engg and Tech, Virudhunagar. Raja is a Microsoft Certified BI Architect with a relevant experience of 15.21 years. He is a team player, a mentor, and a leader who works closely with his team, provides status reports, contributes to weekly status reports, assigns tasks to the team allocated with, and prepares necessary documents – architecture, data mapping, design, CMP, root cause analysis, and assets.
